Chef

We have always dreamed of dedicating our creative energies to building convivial and serene moments. Our style is to think about every detail. We want to look for what is grown and fished with great care in Umbria and in the places of the lake, so that the sweet and fragrant taste of agricultural and wine-growing landscapes can reach your table. Our experience has taught us to place the same search for quality for each of our guests who, for us, is always the most important person. We want to marry these values with the authentic flavors of tradition and in harmony with creative modernity.

Our dishes

Every day you will find our traditional lines, declined from winter to summer, but we will always make you taste something special every day for you. I dedicate my time to the always new creation of dishes thinking about how to satisfy the tastes of the guests. Mine was a wide, heartfelt research, from first courses to desserts passing through the particular tastes linked to the land and the lake. But my passion has also pushed me to think for you small but unique delights that will make indelible memories in you. My place of origin with its gaze towards the shiny waters of the lake has aroused in me above all the passion for all the variations of fish in the kitchen.
